They had two different variation flavour for Jellyfish (海蜇丝) [醋酱海蛰头 (Jellyfish in Soy Sauce Vinaigrette) and 葱油莴笋拌海蜇丝 (Jellyfish with Asparagus Lettuce in Scallion Oil)] we decided to choose 醋酱海蛰头 (Jellyfish in Soy Sauce Vinaigrette) instead. So it's quite crispy and chewy for Jellyfish and suitable for salad or appetiser dish only before heading for main dish.
