Was really heartened when a close friend of mine said that she had H&C’s French toast and immediately thought of me- I can see why when bread is my middle name and I usually finish up the cream when we share desserts. The brioche egged toast here is coated with cornflakes to give it an ingenious crunch. Indeed I’d agree with my friend that this was one of the best French toast in Singapore.
If you are not a fan of cream like me, you can easily pair the good on its own toast with the premium butter and maple syrup on the side.
This time I came for tea but would love to come back for more French toast and their interesting fusion all day breakfast and mains menu ✨
