Spam Waffle (S$12)
Home-made bamboo charcoal waffle with spam & gruyere cheese 🧀 , butter scrambled eggs 🍳, baked beans, sour cream
One of the new items available at @LesPatisseries
The waffle , which smelt fragrant of the cheese 🧀, was light and crispy with chunks of spam packed inside it. It finished with a light savoury taste of the cheese.
I like that the dish was served with sour cream ( PS. I like anything with sour cream, but it's not cheap even for the tubs available off the shelves in supermarkets), which went very well with waffles.
The baked beans tasted slightly tangy with a touch of spicy 🌶 in it, which added a kick to the dish.
