Tom’s Palette used aged Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese for the ice-cream base and then mixed in white chocolate coated cream crackers

The paramesan cheese flavour is pleasantly nice and subtle. And despite being mixed with the ice-cream, the cream crackers still remain crunchy.

The ice cream is a winner for me. It had a perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours
