Been on their menu for a few months now, their variation of chickencordon bleu filled with cheese, ham and pistachios served with vinaigrette salad and warm sauce. As you can see from the image, compare to the usual chicken cordon Bleu, their version is lightly battered and the crust fell apart when it was served. Taste wise it’s slightly under seasoned and the brown gravy didn’t seems to complement well with the dish. RM39 per serving.
