A more than decent chirashi don option in town, Sen-ryo’s Premium Kaisen Irodori Don ($48) may not come cheap but the quality of the cuts is certainly guaranteed. Think fresh uni, plump hotate, briny-sweet ikura, salmon sashimi, hamachi, akaebi, and fatty slices of tuna belly that absolutely melts in the mouth.

Paired with the restaurant’s lavish decor, the meal and dinner service was pretty spot on. But if you wanna save a couple of bucks, go for lunch instead!
