Fried sea bass in superior soy sauce
What do you get when you deep fry a fish till golden ?
You get a crispy dancing fish !
Very well executed fried đ fish - something that I would only order at hotels and not at tze char places ( you will know why when you take a peak at their oil Colour).
Fish was crisp and fresh , not greasy and there was no sign of stale oil being used .
The soy sauce was very fragrant and lived up to its name of being superior ( hahha) .
Paired with organic seasonal sautéed vegetables.
Enjoyable food , enjoyable ambience and enjoyable service .
