Their star dish is the prawn wrapped in pork cutlet, where the pork is more tender compared to the pork loin set. If you're thinking just to order a regular pork set, you should go for the fatter fillet cut!
Room for improvement in terms of service, my gohan and pork soup arrived 20mins before I was served my main. Who likes having cold food?
