Hailing from Taiwan, this Lu rou fan from Paradise Gastronomy had braised meat, preserved vege and one boiled egg. I bought it home for late lunch and it was still good. Not a lot of gravy, which made the rice a bit dry. The rice was on the soft side. I didnโ€™t like the meat fat ratio. Too fatty. And there were random pcs of pork skin. Quite jelat after a while. Would have been nice if the meat were bigger pcs for more chew. They diced it quite fine. The vege provided a nice crunch. Also got fried shallots which I liked.
