💕Sugar spice and everything nice💕: @tartebycherylkoh ✨one of the hottest raved dessert destination in Singapore, started by 2016 Asia’s best pastry chef👩‍🍳it says a lot when it has been running just on tea and pastries in center of Orchard (Shaw centre) and owned by distinguished restaurant group @lesamisrestaurant . The range of tarts changes with the Seasons and can be perfectly paired with @gryphontea 💕🌸I tried their kumquat and Mandarin orange and red wine pear✨ one is custard based and the other in the fruit’s raw poached form🌝I got to saw both are amazing✨you really pay for the quality in its simplicity: the crust is not crumbly, not too thin with the right crunch. The quality of the fruits are at its finest, even after all the technicality and alterations of its original form, it did not lose the aroma and natural flavour👍😊very impressive - those who bakes will really understand that baking is a science - @tartebycherylkoh represents this with their tart-ful finesse👸
