Hearty bests describe this dish. A tender slab of sirloin (cooked around medium rare) on top of wet grains (which are actually orzo pasta) makes for a really satisfying plate of nosh. Topped off with a runny fried egg, this dish is one of the stand-outs at Sin Lee. However, it can get a little too "gelat" and is quite filling. But you get more bang for your buck since it costs $24. I would say it's worth it though, for the flavour and satisfaction you get after.
