As an anti-tomato consumer, I requested for mine to be served without tomato paste - which got me a weird stare from the staff 😅. Topped with a generous portion of melted mozzarella cheese, the kimchi pancake came with thin and crusty edges that was done to an ideal crisp perfection. The interior was filled with slices of kimchi that were crunchy but mild in flavour, lacking the characteristic tangy note and the tinge of spice which I would have fancied. Great if you are a cheese lover as the top layer of melted mozzarella is pretty thick and might get overwhelming after some time .
