This dish was bursting with umami, garlicky flavors. I enjoyed it thoroughly — my mind told me to stop (carbs!) but my heart cajoled me to finish. I listened to my heart.

While the cooking time takes quite awhile, I noticed most tables ordered this. And I could see why! It’s worth the wait.

If you’d like to indulge a little, they offer another variant where it’s topped with uni at a heftier price tag 🙂
