Five-spice BBQ Glazed Squid anyone?

From the name, i was expecting this would be a very heavy on flavour dish. But it surprisingly isnt. Its mellow and light, and one can keep chugging it down! The squid is very well done, not too chewy, juicy with a slight bite. Very well seasoned!
