Apart from their newest outlet, they are launching a new menu that will be rolled out island wide.
One of the items would be the DIY Pasta ($6.80) where you get a choice of pasta (Linguine, Penne or Spaghetti) & a choice of style / sauce (Aglio Olio, Arrabiata, Carbonara, Homemade Cream Laksa, Marinara or Pesto). Top up another $4 from a variety of meaty & seafood toppings, or $2.80 for vegetarian options.
We had the Coffee Pulled Pork on Homemade Cream Laksa Spaghetti ($10.80), which sounds pretty exquisite & unique!
The Laksa cream was just right, with strong coconut & haebi (fried shrimp) flavors, without being too overpowering while the coffee pulled pork was tender yet held the coffee flavors together pretty well. With locally sourced beans, it tasted like kopi gao pulled pork, which may or may not suit everyone's palate, but it was a plus for me!
