The focaccia was really well-done, standing firm to withstand the weight of that generous slab of pulled beef. ❀❀❀ Crusty on the outside & fluffy on the inside, this buttery homemade bread was indeed a delightful one! 🍞

The star has got to be the slow-cooked pulled beef πŸ„ that they lay elegantly atop the focaccia. Albeit being pretty robust in flavours πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹, @openfarmcommunity would have aced this dish if the meats were a tad more succulent.

It is then topped with pickled cabbage & mustard dressing which elevates the heaviness from the meats, making it a more refreshing dish. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» The side of fresh crunchy greens πŸ₯— helps to cleanse the palate before digging into this meaty plate again. πŸ’•
