My picture doesnβt do it justice because you cannot tell that the homemade focaccia is close to a footlong! π€€π€€π€€ Perhaps this helps to justify the price tag of this plate at $32++, which I thought was pretty reasonable for the portion. ππ»

The focaccia was really well-done, standing firm to withstand the weight of that generous slab of pulled beef. β€β€β€ Crusty on the outside & fluffy on the inside, this buttery homemade bread was indeed a delightful one! π

The star has got to be the slow-cooked pulled beef π that they lay elegantly atop the focaccia. Albeit being pretty robust in flavours πππ, @openfarmcommunity would have aced this dish if the meats were a tad more succulent.

It is then topped with pickled cabbage & mustard dressing which elevates the heaviness from the meats, making it a more refreshing dish. ππ»ππ»ππ» The side of fresh crunchy greens π₯ helps to cleanse the palate before digging into this meaty plate again. π
