I was even wondering if the ramen and the other ingredients are completely coated in truffle oil as the truffle flavour is very much eminent throughout the meal.
With springy noodles complemented by the salted kombu, succulent cha siu and the gooey onsen egg, this scrumptious combination is more than enough to make me want to return again.
