Available from 1 September to 31 October, the Durian Afternoon High Tea is priced at $38++ (inclusive of a glass of welcome drink and a selection of TWG leaf tea) and $58++ per pax, the latter includes an additional glass of champagne. True durian enthusiasts will know the bittersweet taste, fleshy meat and creamy texture of the Mao Shan Wang variant, and the Lobby Lounge uses this particular durian in their creations. The three-tier tower comes with an assortment of durian pastries alongside other assorted savoury bakery delights.

What you are going to get from the set includes all-things durian such as the Durian Puff, Durian Coconut Tart, Durian Pandan Cake with White Chocolate Chantilly, Durian Swiss Roll, Durian Panna Cotta with Red Bean Compote and Brown Sugar Cup with Speculoos Cream with a hint of durian in it. The other accompanying bakes include the quiche, maple pecan danish (our top choice), mini puffs, crab cake slider, English egg mayo sandwich and scones.
