Warm the tummy and soul with the House Daiginjo Sake ($28) that is served in a carafe before diving straight into the Mixed Carpaccio ($18) of tuna, salmon, Hamachi and hotate. Continuing with seafood, pamper yourself with the Premium Sashimi Platter ($72) with thick slices of salmon, otoro, mekajiki, hotate and tuna.

With an assortment of sushi types for you to choose from, there is the Instagrammable sushi tower of Takeshi Kaidan Set ($28) which comes with six hand-molded nigiri sushi of akami, hotate, salmon belly with ponzu jelly and more. Takeshi-San also prides itself on its beef with the Aburi Beef sushi ($11.80) made with Miyazaki beef. For sushi rolls, they have the Incredible Hulk Roll ($20), paying homage to the Marvel character with ebi tempura, cream cheese, baked egg and toped with a kani salad and avocado, and the Salmon Aburi Roll ($18) that is rolled with soft shell crab, avocado, cucumber and topped with salmon and an aburi cheese sauce. New to the menu item is the King Prawn and Truffle Cheese Steak ($38) that is great alongside the “saketini” ($16) of Lychee or Apple. A dish that will surely fill you up is the rich and comforting Fantastic Inaniwa Udon ($40) that comes in a cream sauce with the holy trinity of caviar, uni and pan-seared foie gras.
