In frame is the Pandan cake, pandan sponge cakes with caramelized coconut gula melaka layer and coconut cream, then covered in crumbles. Another cake I tried is the Jagung Bakar cake and Nougat cake.
The incorporation of savory bbq corn flavor in the jagung bakar 🌽 cake is something very unique to my palate but somehow addictive (maybe micinΒΏ πŸ˜‚)
I also tried their nougat and I LOVE their caramelized nuts.
What makes me love their cakes is that they are smaller in size so there’s more crumble to cake ratio (the smaller the volume the larger the surface are to volume ratio) and let me tell you that their crumbles, whichever flavor, is AMAZING!
From the food menu my mom ordered Bubur Ayam and Tahu Lada Garam
Bubur Ayam 🍲 was good, the only thing I would like to suggest is that the kerupuk and emping (crackers) should really be put seperately so it won’t get soggy before we eat it.
Tahu Lada Garam had great flavors but I’d like to see more tofu because when you bite through it it’s 50% batter.
Conclusion: I LOVE πŸ’• this place and would definitely come back to try out their sandwich selections and of course, more of their cakes! Staffs were also nice and service was great ❀️
