Came specifically wanting to try the 风味鸡蛋干 Flavoured Egg Tofu ($6) cause it looked like something I tried and really liked in Shanghai, but it was sold out! 😩 Went with this salad instead. The asparagus lettuce slices were crunchy, and the seasoning was lighter with a subtle sourness. Helped to relief some of the heat from our other dishes, but wasn’t our favourite.
