After pigging out intensively on their various thin-crusted pizzas (psst use Burpple Beyond), DePizza’s Homemade Eggless Custard with Wild Berry Mix & Mango Coulis was simply the thing I needed and the perfect way to round up the meal. Exceedingly silky and lusciously creamy, Panna Cotta DePizza ($8) was light, wonderfully chilled and packed a fun wobble as it was brought to our table. Almost melty, the custard was also well-matched with the vibrant, sweet and tangy sauces. Furthermore, I enjoyed that the fact that the coulis was not satiny smooth, giving the dessert that extra texture.
