Something light and refreshing in between the heavier tapas. The base of this salad ($15) was mesclun with fresh goat's cheese and a mix of dried fruits and nuts. Lightly dressed with sherry vinaigrette which I honestly couldn't taste.

Its my first time having goat's cheese which was delicious!! It has its own strong distinct flavor but its not too heavy or strong (definitely not like feta, which has an overpowering salty taste). I like that it's a soft cheese, its got such a nice soft mozzerella- like bite.

Cheese and wine is such a perfect pairing haha. <3
