*Invited tasting*

This type of dessert is totally up my alley, and it did satisfy! A warm tart which wasn’t too sweet (the highest praise for desserts in SG 🤪) - enjoyed the juicy cubes of pear within, paired with the crunchy almonds and buttery crumble. The tart base was reasonably crunchy, but it’s not the snappy type so it was pretty easy to cut. The lavender ice cream had a similar texture to the fior di latte ice cream, and I liked how fragrant it was without tasting too overwhelming / soapy!
