This golden brown apple pie is their signature. Very petite. It may be rough at the edges and comes in not the same look, the pastry is flaky and very buttery. The sliced caramelised apples inside, after having its time in the oven, is tender but yet maintained alittle crunch and best of all, it is not sweet. Once brought out from a minute or two of heating up before serving, the aroma of fresh bakes and butter fills the air which made me swoon. ◾◾
Quite a small portion, not for sharing. It tasted simply good. Sadly, the lights in the cafe is highly challenging for photoshoots, thereby I took away one pie and went somewhere else to take a nicer pic. Cafe is quite hidden so be sure to check with concierge on directions.
