Got this non-lava brownie cookie. Crisp on the outside and gorgeously moist in the middle, topped with Ca Le Ho Yo Ice Cream - interesting blend of Cardamon, Lemon and Yogurt with honey drizzle on top. The sourish ice cream goes really well with the intensely dark choc brownie!
