Got to try this danish from Ah B Bakery while looking for other pastry options since AJ Delights’ queue is always long

The pastry is fluffy while still sturdy, but quite a mess to eat with the flaky texture (maybe I’m just a messy eater lol). The burnt custard filling is enjoyable - it’s silky and smooth, sweet but with good bitter notes as well

Easily one of my new neighbourhood bread faves (disclaimer: I haven’t had the fair share of pastries tried) 😅
