The Satay ($20) would definitely make an ideal sharing option as it comes with 12 sticks of chicken, beef and pork. Meat on a stick, that’s grilled to a nice char, is always appetizing, especially when there is also an accompanying sauce of peanut & pineapple to give it a nutty and refreshing citrus tang. The satay served here is different from elsewhere as the meats come in huge chunks and the marinate from the spices give it a nice aroma and flavour. My preference would be the chicken and pork as both were tender to the bite whereas the beef was slightly tough on this occasion.
