It was meant to be a sort of a fiery birthday cake in the form of a baked alaska. You know... sploshing the alcohol and light it up. 1st attempt, we could not see the fire. But I was not going to order one more to catch the fire. So we ate. There is pineapple sorbet which I liked. The rest were too sweet. Plating looked like it was done quickly.

Dessert and service was not what I expected. It kinda made me wished I went somewhere else for dessert and coffee. Thank you @dbbistrosing for the complimentary 2nd baked alaska for us to try snapping the fire.
