Using Asian cuisine influences, the restaurant will be introducing dishes such as spicy chicken wings (these are flaming hot), ngor hiang, uni bowl and uni pasta. The latter takes centrestage as there is a chilled and warm version, with both having their own unique points. The chilled takes the vote for me as it does not make you feel surfeited from the creaminess of the uni.
