This was difficult to eat, cos the beef clumped together, making it hard to bite off properly. Beef had a nice chewy texture but the marinate sauce was not strong enough for me. The gochujang sauce was also not spicy enough. Buns were lovely thou. Soft and fluffy with a slight sweetness.
