I must say this is pretty easy to bake and not too many steps to follow, making washing easy after too! Especially love that all ingredients are measured precisely in the right amounts and all i needed is to mix them together. Ideal for beginners like me and i would definitely recommend this kit for fellow beginners! The matcha powder used is premium and the tastes of this cake is good! Since this recipe kit is for 2 loaves, i added chocolate chips in the 2nd one! Well, strawberries really go so well with these matcha slices.
