What do you do when you love both pork and beef? Consider this: Kurobuta Pork 🐖and minced Beef 🐂 made into one juicy tantalizing patty then topped with seeded aioli and tonkatsu sauce and serve with a crispy Brioche bun.

Enjoyed the patty! Golden brown on the outside, moist, thick and meaty inside. Fries 🍟were also really generous and crispy!
