TiraMISU is a classic Italian dessert that I always enjoy! π For me, a good tiramisu must have an even portion distinct of cream & cake layers. β Smooth & creamy mascarpone cheese that is lightly savoury, ladyfingers well-soaked in coffee (plus points for a little rum π) without being too soggy, dusted with a thin layer of cocoa powder, this will make my perfect tiramisu. π―

If you are a cheesecake lover, try their Blueberry Cheesecake ($14)! π° I love how harmoniously the savoury cheesecake layer π§ & the sweet blueberry sauce blends in nicely, together with the thin buttery digestive biscuit base. π While it was pretty dense, the tangy berry sauce on the side with fresh fruits π helped to alleviate the heaviness.
