A very generous portion of beef perfectly grilled to a juicy medium rare. Superb crust on the steak. The beef cheek wrapped in the radicchio leaves was tender but I didn't love the flavour. However, overall, this was a very enjoyable dish with the roast treviso providing a slightly bitter taste which perfectly balanced the rich dish. This dish was part of the special menu offered by Chef Ross Lusted from @thebridgeroom 🇦🇺 until Friday at @mezza9sg 🇸🇬
