Frankly, changed my perception of alternative cuts. We had the 400 days grain fed deckle and denver cuts in medium doneness (complete with truffle fries and creamed kale as sides) and they are totally recommended if you are a steak lover (if you are not, you probably cannot deny the succulence). Doneness was spot on.
Quality of fries and kale were fresh and goes along well with the steak imo although it could get a little “heavy” a meal. Price wise, not justifiable to compare to the regular steaks but the portion was pretty generous and definitely worth the price.
Finally to end the meal with Basque burnt cheesecake is definitely worth the extra calories gaining for.
