Brulee French Toast ($18++)
- 'Brioche, Seasonal fresh fruits, Candied bacon, Chantilly cream'
- Came with blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate, slices of plum (Okay, not too sure if it was plum)
French toast was thick, sweet and had a hint of egg. Crisp and crunchy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside, it was not soggy at all. The brulee provided a great charred and sweet caramelisation. Would have been glad to eat this on its own but I am still thankful for the variety of toppings added...
The chantilly cream that came on the side was very light, fresh and only subtly sweet, providing a smooth and creamy contrast in texture. Meanwhile, the candied bacon (Which was very saltish on its own) provided an additional level of flavour through its sweet and saltish notes. Ending off with the sweet and tangy seasonal fruits helps to keep this dish from becoming too rich. Overall, all the elements of this dish worked in complete harmony and it was a very fulfilling and hearty meal.
Taste: 10/10 (Must-try, not sure how this could have been any better apart from giving a bigger portion size)

Black 5oz ($4++)
- Made with Colombian coffee beans
Don't really drink artisan coffee and am most certainly not a coffee expert but I absolutely love the coffee here. It was very fragrant, velvety and only slightly acidic.
Taste: 9/10
