H O S T E D
The "Tostada de Atun" was for me, one of the most memorable items at last night's tasting at Lucha Loco.
Sprawled on that vast expanse of paper-thin, crisp corn chip base was a mouthwatering combo of torched tuna, avocado, sweet fried onions, zesty lime mayo and smoked sea salt. Munching on this while seated under the night sky, bathed in the gentle glow of strung-up lights, made it even more magical.
