I love these little rhubarb crumbles under the plant based dessert selection as part of the lunch buffet .

Quite rarely do we see desserts made with rhubarb so this was a must have for me even though I had earlier wolfed down 3X cheese cakes , 2X tiramisu , 2X profiteroles, 1X Apple crumble .

Slightly sourish and tart , this went very well with the sweetened crumble made of flour , nuts and oats .

Very lovely way to end the meal .
