Supergreek Roasted Barramundi (Grain Bowl) that is light on the palate and served alongside a medley of salad, arugula, quinoa, mashed potato, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, onions, cherry tomatoes and Greek vinaigrette. This dish came with creamy homemade parmigiano sauce and crunchy walnuts to provide the final flourish. I love the homemade Parmigiano sauce that is simply delectable. The texture of the fish was excellent and not over seasoned. Every individual melded together in perfect harmony.
