What I tried

Matchaffagato.
Served with vegan vanilla gelato and a luscious matcha sauce that is using high-quality @naokimatcha matcha. The matcha adds an amazing contrast of bitterness to the sweet gelato, with a hint of earthiness flavour at the end.

Totally love here! Totally vegan yet still delightful to enjoy and without the huge guilt.
