This fairly new halal ramen joint in Suntec City is fast gaining popularity for its simple but deeply flavoured bowls. Go for the Hokkai Clam Ramen ($14.90) that comes bathed in creamy, butter broth and tender chicken chashu slices. Expect the noodles to be thin and springy, almost alike a softer version of Hakata-style ramen.
