it’s light and surprisingly not oily, with nice random crisp edges but mostly just pillowy goodness!! tried the murtabak for the funs of it, same amazing fluffy dough stuffed generously w meat and veg but it’s not v flavourful imo??? it’s v tailored for chinese tastebuds in the sense that it’s not as overpowering as other indian stalls but i like intense spices HAHA. also look at that portion size i was struggling to finish it (& i wld consider myself a big eater) ps they serve amazinggggg drinks and putu ayam too!!
