If you don’t expect much, it’s edible, but you should really only come here to admire the nice setting. Their Rigatoni Amatriciana ($24) with guanciale and pecorino lacked any distinct flavours, and the bland calamari and cauliflower fritti ($17) didn’t make sense to me—why bother frying it crispy if you’re going to serve it sitting in a pool of aioli to get soggy? @publico_sg
