[@iamathajilane] is a Halal Café Situated Along Haji Lane that serves a line-up of Dutch-inspired food with its signature dishes that include the Amsterdam favourite Fries & Mayo, and their popular Beef Ribs. Menus and recipes are being tweaked to adhere to Halal requirements, by replacing lard with beef stock and flour for good flavour and texture.
