Completely engulfing the mound of Japanese rice drizzled with Head Chef Akiba’s special sauce is a who’s who list of some of the most sought-after indulgent ingredients. This includes Japanese Saga Wagyu beef sirloin A4, uni (sea urchin), ikura (roe) and freshly shaved seasonal truffle. I love that they add on an onsen egg as well. Break it to mix in, and every bite becomes even tastier as it’s lavished with a coat of goeey lusciousness.
Do note the portion isn’t that large so if you are very hungry or have a big appetite, you might want to order a side dish to add on.
