Continuing the Xiao Long Bao craze that I had yesterday — visited I Love Xiao Long Bao at Red House along Upper Thomson Road which serves up Xiao Long Bao and La Mian.

To be frank, I was mildly disappointed by the Xiao Long Bao's texture; the skin felt a little floury — perhaps also a little too thin, but the broth made up for it being flavourful carrying a tinge of sweetness right after the savoury flavours. The meat within was tender, but felt that it lacked the bite. Overall, still not too bad considering the broth was actually pretty good within.
