We tried both the rich and clear broth and I preferred the light herbal broth. Not a fan and rarely take duck meat, I’m probably still not used to the taste of duck meat and find it difficult to swallow these 2 slices of expensive duck as they came with a really strong smell. They do provide yuzu chilli paste which helps a little but it kind of defeat the purpose of having a hybrid duck ramen.
