Still the ever consistent Hojicha soft serve that left a deep impression on me ever since my first visit at Twenty Grammes, with its light aromatic roasted tea flavour and the edible flowers. Topped on a crispy Belgian waffle with banana, berries and chocolate hazelnut sauce.

The Isabelle waffles was a first time for me, it has no soft serve or ice cream, but replaced by Greek yoghurt. Served on charcoal waffles, alongside toppings such as peaches, berries, banana, granola, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup. It seemed rather healthy, but the yoghurt with waffles match didn’t appear to work out well, especially with a strong fermented taste and didn’t quite melt into the waffle. Felt like a really heavy dessert and I would rather stick to ice cream with waffles in future.
