Lunch - Ayam Penyet
The Nasi Timbel which rice was served in a roll wrapped in banana leaf.
The chilli paste was yummy.
The Ayam Goreng (fried chicken) was kind of small and more on the salty side.
The Perkedel Jagung (corn fritter) was the sweetness of the meal.
The Tempe Goreng (fermented soybean bean) was kind of too chunky. Would better if it was sliced thinly and deep fried with a crispy batter.
Plus a piece of Tahu Goreng (fried bean curd).
Served with Sayur Asem (Indonesian Vegetable Tamarind Soup) and a bottle of Air Mineral.
Ended the meal with a cup of watermelon and honey melon 🍈 milk.
